clean rooms and huge pool!

booked here because my kids wanted to swim i even called to insure the pool was being utilized

kids coming from the pool felt the chill

kids are running from room2room slamming doors all night

was near the elevator which was great for the kids and also the pool was open for the family, early and closed

the pool was a welcome relief after a long day

pool had a foam on top that made it unappealing to swim in

didn t get up to have breakfast . hotel was very clean

good hot breakfast

the pool was under construction.

my toe on a sharp corner of tile getting out of spa tub, not that big of a deal, no stitches needed just bleeding

healthy options during breakfast would be nice

great morning buffet, comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower and good wifi .

the pool area was secure and clean

there were people in parking lot smoking marijuana

parking was good. fridge and microwave good. loved the steam room and jacuzzi.

we asked for a different non-smoking room and was accommodated with one

smoking room and the non smoking rooms were next to each other, which i didn't like much because

room was 'non-smoking' but smelled like it had been a smoking room for perhaps the 100 years before this one

staff was excellent , very good wifi and lot of restaurants nearby

think this is an issue between booking and the motel but we got stuck with a smoking room and we are not smokers

love the room with the spa tub enjoy everything about it!!!

the spa tub was great

the spa suite was amazing

the pool was amazing the water was just right and very clean this was my 1 at time ever to stay at this

couch broken no ventilation (fans didn't work) toilet broken spa tub was nasty dirty

spa was quite small and none of the drains had working stoppers for the tub or the spa

i asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room, i wiped walls tables handles the spa and the showier

there was a roach in my queen spa tub room.

the spa in the room worked well and the layout was nice
