arrival i booked a king room with spa tub only to find out i was out in a twin queen room

the whole point of our stay was the king suite with spa tub and the pool

i would have liked the spa to be open in the morning before check out time.

pool was closed, spa was closed, desk staff was slow to attend & initially rude.

the pictures are purely false advertisement, the pool was disgusting and no bigger than a spa bath tub

room service; no pay-per-view option; my initial front window experience left a poor impression

location, friendly staff and free parking.

room service did not change the sheets while our entire stay and sheets were not ironed ,also the

cleanliness it smelt like weed dirty and noisy neighbors hallway was full of trash and dirty laundry/bedsheets

wifi does not work the best

its amenities and the parking which is nicely tucked away
