my spouse and i booked the room with the spa tub in the room which obviously was my favorite part

the location was good, and the spa tub was great

the pool area was clean but the pool was unheated and you couldn't go in

we didn t use any of the spa services but were given a quick tour of the premises which looked (and smelled

room service was amazing - food was delicious and arrived quickly and without fanfare

nice clean kitchen with washer and dryer was a great convenience i did not expect

there are loose outlets, broken flooring, the dishwasher leaks and the kitchen floor was soaked when we arrived

loved that wood for the fireplace is provided & that there was a washer/dryer in the apt

i thought elephants were living above me, bug just two bratty kids

the hotel spa facilities were clean and never overcrowded

still have not heard from the manager nor have we received a refund for an inconvenience at the spa and they

room in the spa was cold, and it was uncomfortable to come out of the jacuzzi into such a cold room

the bathtub faucet couldn't switched on (we had to run the bath using the shower faucet), and the spa jet feature

the spa tub was amazing and took no time to fill up

the large spa tub was nice.

everything was more than expected: people, location, room, breakfast, everything!

excellent location on large grounds with a small pool, a couple of minutes drive from the village and an ideal

pool was incredible on a hot summer day

way the bathrooms were located, there was no noise from parking lot

pool being closed, however as it s an outdoor pool we understood that it was our own fault for

the bar / restaurant area is a great place to enjoy the evening

the fire pit near the bar was a plus as well

the rooms are super comfy and the common area with open fireplace has great atmosphere to it

property is very comfortable and access to the outdoor pool at the spa is worth the nominal charge

didn t notice spa facilities til end of stay

the spa and the restaurant are both so pretty and the staff was very friendly.

next time hope to utilize spa services

would have liked more information on the resort/spa part of the hotel

perks, such as an upgrade to a king sized room, complimentary cocktails, discount at the spa and free valet

pool and availability of spa onsite

room was super spacious and pristine

from the spacious campus layout to multiple seating areas with fireplaces to good size rooms, we really felt

the spa was very relaxing after hiking up mt equinox.

the only thing i didn t like was the spa tube stopped working on our last night.

entire property is very dirty under bed behind the night tables, spa mold in the shower, cealing, dust bowls

the heated outdoor pool and arcade were hits with our kids

also the view from the deck , the amenities ( pool , jacuzzis outside , the huge fireplace to relax at night

gym could use some more machines -need to have more of a gathering place maybe to play ping-pong, pool or just

comfortable loft suite with 2 baths and full kitchen.

you to and from the mountain as well, which is a great touch when you don't want to deal with parking

the motel is on the mover line - free shuttle ride to mt snow

whatsapp would (there is wifi) - but the owners are not on it

a bit hot the first night, being over the kitchen and given the warm weather, but we shut the heat off completely

the sawmill bar & table was also nothing short of delicious
