the spa tub was amazing and took no time to fill up

the bathtub faucet couldn't switched on (we had to run the bath using the shower faucet), and the spa jet feature

the large spa tub was nice.

room was cozy, beds comfortable, and electric fireplace heater with flames in the room was a nice addition

coffee, teas, hot cocoa and oatmeal/cereal bars provided in the kitchen for anytime

we didn t use any of the spa services but were given a quick tour of the premises which looked (and smelled

room service was amazing - food was delicious and arrived quickly and without fanfare

we played games and read by the pool

the rooms are super comfy and the common area with open fireplace has great atmosphere to it

the location was good, and the spa tub was great

my spouse and i booked the room with the spa tub in the room which obviously was my favorite part

my son enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and he and his friend took a dip in the outdoor pool

he was out checking the pool levels daily, mowing, checking in, etc

restaurant, bar and lounge with sofas and big fireplace very comfy

service spa and resort that is visually appealing

didn t notice spa facilities til end of stay

next time hope to utilize spa services

would have liked more information on the resort/spa part of the hotel

property is very comfortable and access to the outdoor pool at the spa is worth the nominal charge

the fireplace at the main lobby added to the rustic atmospheric when it was lit

would be nice to have a larger tv in the living room area and it would be nice if the fireplace put out more

two bedrooms, two full baths, a dining/living room and a full kitchen

bar was ok

wifi was spotty throughout the room.

there are loose outlets, broken flooring, the dishwasher leaks and the kitchen floor was soaked when we arrived

nice clean kitchen with washer and dryer was a great convenience i did not expect

loved that wood for the fireplace is provided & that there was a washer/dryer in the apt

still have not heard from the manager nor have we received a refund for an inconvenience at the spa and they

the hotel spa facilities were clean and never overcrowded

room in the spa was cold, and it was uncomfortable to come out of the jacuzzi into such a cold room

place was amazing nice quite little areas but the room was huge and the bathroom was amazing, the spa tube really

the only thing i didn t like was the spa tube stopped working on our last night.
