the guest room is off the kitchen,dining,living room which meant it was a little noisy in the morning

were informed the day before arrival that the spa was fully working, on arrival nothing was working, the pool

to be tidied up as it gives a poor impression on arrival, as the refurbishment is on going the spa and gym were
