first room the spa was smeeling bad and wasn't clean

disappointing about how cold the spa was - we finished a day at the mountains and were looking forward to a long

children not supervised by an adult and they were jumping in pool all the time tried to relax in spa but always

beds, very clean and modern with a great breakfast and a pool just big enough for the kids to get the crazies

the size of the pool (small) - no bar the water in the bathroom :-(

spa is not hot enough and needs a makeover old,,,,,,,,pool is also cold toddlers in spa,,,,,

there is plenty of stuff to do there from the swimming pool spa and game rooms, and bar

the food in the restaurant was amazing and the masache at the spa was amazing

it's s tough to stay on top of this issue in a public facility but the hot tub in the pool area was gross

i also liked the fact that there was parking for the guests

the only improvement in a hotel like this would be to have some spa facilities (hot tub/jacuzzi, steam room,

i prefer a place with laundry possibilities - there is though a good steamer in the room and a laundromat nearby

i did request room service daily and felt like the service was lacking for a five star hotel

renovated hotel is in a very good location, central and with a very nice spa and gym
