the jacuzzi spa bath is a real treat and a pleasure to use

the bed mattress was a little springy -pool and spa was very crowded with children and families

due to covid regulations pool and spa were closed

only thing that was an issue was the swimming/spa facilities

s just a couple of details to fix such as the doors (a little old) and a wall to paint in the spa room

location, friendly helpful staff, nice to have access to spa facilities, didn t try the breakfast

was unclear if jacuzzi in the spa was in use

i highly recommend the brulee porridge with whiskey for breakfast

the dinner and breakfast were of the highest quality and standard

or move into position to use its a shame that, at 10am, bowls of fruit weren't available at breakfast ( they

breakfast superb ,only fault no salt or pepper. for smoked salmon ,or savoury selection

nearby to have dinner , lend us umbrella , he is so sweet to allow my friend to cook at his kitchen for dinner

place and comfortable for my group , owner allowed my group of friends to use the kitchen to cook dinner , so

wifi signal was poor resulting in quite slow speeds.

the room was very clean, it had good wifi and a usb charger right by the bed

it had twin beds which is important for golf holidays.

the room room was really well decorated, very clean and the spa facilities were wonderful

the restaurant food was excellent and the spa and pool were very relaxing

the lockers in the spa didn't close for me, there were a few that didn't work

the fact you can have great food and there is a bar all onsite is brilliant.

a bit small,but very adequate,lots of power points , we were on a golf trip and lots to recharge

we also had the breakfast room to ourselves ( the bar , where we could have our dog with us )

they also do not really have room service

assistance with bags put us in the basement next to the laundry room so we heard wash running all night

the away spa was also great, i had the detox facial and it was the best treatment i've ever had

our room was so big and thought of everything the hotel service was amazing we used the spa facilities which

girls spa birthday treat surly to be rememberd in this wonderful hotel, staff go the extra mile and

the water in the pool was cold.. we were expecting warm spa water

have a gorgeous spa and gym area however the infra red light sauna is disappointing - it is tepid at best

t think of anything i didn t like if i had to say something it would be too many stairs to the spa going down
