wife loved the spa and pool

everything was great only downside was drinking facilities at the spa should be better

spa area is just so relaxing, and there s a great selection of pampers to choose from

room were sufficient, allowed me to relax while my girlfriend was being pampered in the spa rooms

spa was very good and the three restaurants also had food to a high standard

the pool is an added bonus

a room at the rear of the hotel with its own parking area (and electric charging point)

enjoyed both the pool and the sauna

however if you want to drink at the bar or eat a meal then you have to leave your dog in the car or in your

only criticism is that we ordered a glass of prosecco from bar which was poured into a measure then into glass

good too depending on what your looking for rooms lovely but a bit costly for hotel without a spa or pool or

room was very nice, we was actually upgraded free of charge to the deluxe double which feature a spa bath

this hotel i took my fiance for his 30th we stayed one night in the excutive room was lovely very spacious the

partner played a round of golf while i had a massage and used the spa the golf course is very run down more like

room was situated a good bit away from the main building, down a few corridors and next to the spa

we had a lovely time relaxing in the spa and having some treatments

the service, the food, the extra comfortable bed. the spa everything:)

hopefully the swimming pool and spa will be working when we visit the next time

the attention to detail, spa bath with tv at bottom as well as a mini bar to purchase from

food was excellent,so much so we opted to dine in both evenings lovely spa bath and very helpful polite staff

the kelvin suite is perfect for a get away , with comfy bed and enjoyable spa bath

we upgraded to a club room, so got to use the gym and spa facilties, which were great (although the steam room

modern, extremely clean , loved the spa n money saving offers great location already recommended to friends will

clean, central, spa facilities and bar/restaurant on site as well as a starbucks

amazing staff. all from front desk to spa and restaurant were excellent

stay,staff were so friendly and welcoming ,hotel was just amazing as was breakfast,didn't goto spa or pool but

the spa is nice but a little out dated but really no complaints.

we did book for the spa but somehow the dates got mixed up!

the toilet was spacious and the rainfall shower was excellent

i was staying in a family room with two kids which made this discovery all the worse

not really very welcoming to guests but different with spa

a spiral steel staircase seems a bit of a health hazard and if you have any disability forget the spa area not

are genuinely the comfiest beds i've ever slept in, and having breakfast, a pool, jacuzzi and spa all included
