wifi was weak and nonexistent once in bed

but if you are looking for a luxurious spa type hotel, this would not be for you

i have stayed at other places about 1/2 to 1 mile away with breakfast,pool,etc

cottage had kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, laundry room and outside sitting area

central downtown. available parking. easy to get there.

100 year old hotel building has a lot of charm that we want to keep and maintain, plenty of free parking, owners

the pool too little

our pet was very welcome ! and loved the dog beach

the swimming pool was a let down, kids screaming, no room for adults needs updated

am from up north and was looking forward to spe dung the day bybthe pool

$50 pet fee was a surprise

also, upon request, we were able to get an early check in

had no towels for the pool, i guess you were suppose to use the bath towels from your room

they opened breakfast alittle early since the kids had to be at the ball field at 7am

everything was clean, breakfast was great and staff were very friendly upon check in.

everything was clean and beautiful. i enjoyed the pool. front desk was kind and patient.

sheets were dirty, found pieces of candy bar in between sheets

had a nice bar and served food with a nice waiter

all of the staff from cleaning personnel to wait staff, spa and management were very professional

wife and i enjoyed our stay at hutchinson shores resort and spa very much

only thing i could even complain about is the spa not being open

the spa is small but the services are amazing

undergoing renovations. so expect not to have access to spa saltwater pools and some lounges.

our room was a little noisy overlooking spa pool

we love the location, restaurant, beach bar and the staff throughout the resort is always excellent

we could hear the kids in the room next to us crying and coughing.

pool experience somehow lacking. didn t care for the noise caused by the water arch fountain.

how can a 5-star spa hotel not provide water

pool and grounds very attractive

nice pool area, big comfortable room, big balcony.

cleanliness was the selling point for us. plus the pool was super nice to be at.

spa amenities were probably the best i ve experienced

was phenomenal, specifically edgar at the pool

need more training especially customer service, staff standing/ sitting around on their phones, bar staff don

kids not being supervised by parents were running through the hallway and hanging on doors for two

no deep frying in the kitchen. a/c is loud no bell man .

3) is that a way to tell me that if you have kids don't come to this hotel or let the kids stay in their mess

we ordered room service and it arrived 50 minutes after the quoted time

i informed was that the ceiling tiles above the mini kitchen had to be cleaned because there was a lot of dust

the kids didn’t even want to swim in it after finding so much junk, dirt, and living things in it
