i felt like the pools were in need of an update, the outdoor lounge chairs needed an upgrade, and in the cooler

the beach had pristine water and well kempt amenities, pool a bit crowded

the limited availability at the spa due to a staff shortage was a disappointment.

the spa ladies were great and we got a beautiful conditioning treatment from a lady that was very

friendly and professional staff throughout; from congierge to cleaning to tennis and yoga pro to spa staff ,

was like a cloud, spa had every amenity possibly, the food was delicious, the service was unlike any i ve ever

kids at the pool were extremely annoying. couldn’t relax like i wanted too

they apologized and took our pet fee for the week and parking fee( we weren't even aware of) off of the bill
