i called a couple that had 'indoor pool' - but no spa

we enjoyed the use of the indoor pool

excellent breakfast

lights in hallway, lights won t come on right away, the outside door wouldn t work, the wifi would kick off

location, hotel was very well lit in the parking lot

the room we stayed in was nice, well equipped and comfortable. the spa tub was very nice.

there was no steps or railings to get in & out of spa tub

advice, splurge for the spa room

we stayed in the english spa room which was cozy and cute

we loved the huge spa tub that was in our room

no pool

room was spacious, the pool was great, the breakfast was good, and the staff was nice and kept the room clean

the room has a lil kitchenette that has dishes and utensils automatically provided

pet friendly also means people with allergies are not going to be ok without meds.

clean. breakfast was very good. parking was adequate. staff was helpful.

i loved how the pool was right by our suite

up using a different form of payment but had to take the time to juggle things around from the parking lot with

not sure if it was because it was because we were next to the pool, or it just needed the a/c turned on

the spa and pool were both closed : ( the ac was also very sad as it didn't blow very cold air even

i can walk into any small restaurant, coffee shop or bar in china or vietnam and wi-fi is free

they ignored my room service card the last 2 nights.

unit did not have spa bath, separate privacy door, 2nd living room nor attached patio described and coffee/tea

was a shared kitchen just outside my room, so people would gather there, right by my door

the shared roof deck and kitchen area was a great plus

there was a private event in the bar so unable to make use of it and it is very

great location, cool bar area and spa!! looking forward to the spa opening!!

the bakery did not offer a lot either and we were disappointed the spa wasn t open

an expensive hotel like this one, i would expect spa which was listed but not available

i wish the spa and salon would of been open.

no pool, no room service after 10pm, no vending machines, and a weird smell in the lobby

there were at least two wedding parties the weekend we were there so i get that laundry was busy but we did

fun speakeasy bar to start the night, two blocks from a great nightlife, and plenty of breakfast options to

room service woke us at 1 am

it s also worth noting that they have a spa onsite, although i was not able to enjoy that this time

gym seemed well-equipped although i did not use during my stay it due to illness
