sauna, spa and gym were closed by 4pm (before we arrived and it had been one of the main draws to the

hotel would benefit from spa facilities and the full english breakfast was missing did not change our excellent

ie spa and swimming pool shut at 4

used the pool each morning we stayed and had good service in the bar

everything, comfort, cleanliness, impeccable staff and service, the spa and facilities

lovely spa can recommend without question

hotel is gorgeous, spa is always spotless and food/drinks always of an exceptional standard

the complimentary flowers and champagne in the room and complimentary champagne at the bar were very much

specifically chose the accommodation for the spa facility, only to find out it was closed

to check / alter my booking, it was not very clear if i was contacting the sports centre, a spa or a hotel -

liked the gym and the food they served us for breakfast and the room was very spacious and clean and i

were offered grab a bag and go breakfasts when we checked in but the message didn t reach the kitchen

continental breakfast was just cereal for the tennis playing kids the cooked breakfast later was done without

spacious, friendly staff, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, very clean, it was my partners

room was excellent love the bath in the bedroom the spa facilities was awesome the treatments we had was on a

staff couldn't be more accommodating, whether it was sorting a parking space at arrival or prolonging the

amazing spa

room service was good and i liked my room which was well located on a floor i had asked for

two separate single quilts on a double bed was weird! wifi to tv connection was crap.
