shame that the spa was closed when we went in january

spa was closed, wish they informed us before we made the plans

everything, great breakfast, comfortable rooms and the spa treatment was fantastic

the building was beautiful and the pool/spa was a real bonus.

to check / alter my booking, it was not very clear if i was contacting the sports centre, a spa or a hotel -

were offered grab a bag and go breakfasts when we checked in but the message didn t reach the kitchen

large room, smart tv, good parking facilities and excellent breakfast options.

continental breakfast was just cereal for the tennis playing kids the cooked breakfast later was done without

if i had any criticism it could do with adding a spa i.e sauna room etc.

service would be nice and possibly more spa facilities/ options as there s not a lot to do at the hotel
