very small booked hotel for the spa advertised but has been closed for months breakfast very limited so had

wifi is a but weak, its a difficult building in that respect and parking is not for the faint

breakfast was currently a carton of juice, a pre-packaged croissant and some fruit due to the kitchen not being

cleanliness, great bar and the room was brilliant with balcony and views. will return

no breakfast options or room service, not that i was aware of

staff were very helpful and the room was large and airy with a spa bath (manhattan room), fridge and plentiful

narrow stairs for suitcases parking could be tricky, esp. in peak times spa did not turn on

the private garden with spa was perfect spot in the sun for relaxing and reading a book

i didnt use the spa but it's nice to know it there and maybe of i arrive with a bit more spare time next time

there was even the option of a spa treatment at their other property a couple doors down, but we didn't do it

also the spa function did not work
