jacuzzi were not working in the spa area pool where it matters the most

loved it all, the staff, the room, with a great harbor view, phenomenal food, outstanding spa services, great

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

the pool bar staff on saturday afternoon weren t very nice.

i did not get to enjoy the pool because i had other things going on, wish i could have

decided to go swimming down in the pool area the pool was great, not to cold but the spa in there was unbelievably

room was very dirty, the spa jacuzzi tub was disgusting and not acceptable to even use, dirt and garbage debris

didn't use breakfast but the room used for that looked very nice.

it would be nice to have ice water on breakfast bar.

the spa was out due to a gas leak found by staff. not at any fault of theirs.
