pool/spa closed!

spa was not heated

the spa was cold and i asked them to warm it uo and they said yes! but never did .

spa area was dusty and dirty

i booked a spa room for my family

reservation indicated a spa tub

a room for a spa tub executive suite, upon arrival was told they do not offer those rooms and that booking

was not clean, paint was chipping, spa didn t work, no turn down service, frig was froze up, and i have stayed

whirlpool spa tub suite could use upgrades

was nice but i didn t get what i paid for the spa pole nor a mirror i just have to book early i see when i

spa tub was too small for two people comfortably

we needed a fork and the young lady at the desk was very sweet and directed me to the kitchen area

the pool and spa stay open 24/7 witch you dont find at any other hotel

friendly staff comfortable beds clean room 24 hour pool and spa really good hot breakfast.

spa had a little too much chlorine it in but still useable

food was great each day and the indoor pool was just ok (the kids had fun) and that's all that matters

could hear kids watching tv at midnight and their conversations

had a 50 min massage by monica at the spa and it was wonderful

i scheduled a spa treatment the day i

hotel's pool was closed, so unless we booked an appointment with the spa we would not be able to use the spa's

amenity were amazing, from the restaurant on site, with a spa + a downstairs bar

customer service was exceptional. the spa was so amazing

the rooms area spacious with comfy beds, great bathrooms with high water-pressure shower, and beautifully modern

$80 fee to use spa without booking treatment plus charged resort fee is unacceptable

love the way we had a little bar in toom room and love the way your staff re so kind and polite they are

breakfast was exceptional

the entrance and staff were fantastic and was in the heart of dallas. the gym was as expected

let us check in early and also gave us a room with 2 full beds because we have 2 kids (instead of 1 kingbed

they gave us an accessible room that really didn't fit our needs especially with young kids

not much for kids either
