kids loved the pool and it was nice to relax to the side and they provide life jackets and

weather was bad and we could not use the pool because it was super cold, and there was a day the kids club was

is limited, had to park across the street at their spa facility, which is walking distance, but not that bad

web site said it had spa tub-i chose that-this facility has no spa tub- i was sad because this was my daughters

there is a limited amount of parking, so sometimes finding a spot was tricky.

we stayed on the 2nd floor and it would be late at night, there would be sounds like kids running up and down

didn t like extra costs. heard kids running around upstairs at bedtime

the room curtains did not fully close provide privacy or block out the parking lot

i like the fact that they are pet friendly

worth paying extra 20 a night to sleep elsewhere where it s safe and things work and free wifi and breakfast

whirlpool spa tub suite could use upgrades

i had booked the king room with whirlpool so that i could do a spa day for my daughter on her birthday

was not clean, paint was chipping, spa didn t work, no turn down service, frig was froze up, and i have stayed

order the room with the spa tub and the tub was dirty

i got the spa bath and the tub they gave me didn't work.

second time they gave us a room that was not the same as what we saw online supposed to have a spa bath didn't

only reason i paid the extra money for the room was because of the spa tub
