pool but there isnt one and it would have been nice if there was a hot tub in the private spa but i still enjoyed

card (with different company names on the sms messages, depending on whether booking food, or the spa)

we used the spa facilities which were also part of the price of our stay

had an amazing room, such value for money, including breakfast and used the spa aswell, i will be reccomending

a family, but by the time we got back from the cemetery, it was a little late so we opted for the spa instead

gym closed too early, no spa treatments

we loved the (free) spa and the beautiful grounds as did our dog was warmly welcomed

lovely staff. great facilities, the spa is a real bonus. lovely food too.

the spa facilities are a little smaller then other hotels we have stayed in

only thing i didn't like is that there is no free parking facilities and that the pool in the spa was out of

celebration for my 50th birthday we have stayed in many hotels in london and the rafayel hotel & spa is definitely

location of this hotel is unbeatable, right on the river and the spa and sauna were amazing

the room was spacious and comfortable, and overall we had a lovely stay

the staff are lovely, the numerous bars and restaurants are great, the gym and spa are such a bonus, the rooms

the art room i occupied was delightfully spacious and light, the touch control mood lighting was a particularly

spa in the basement was a little underwhelming but the rooftop pool and hot tub more than made up

perfect location. we wanted a spa and pool for our overnight trip

this includes a heated roof top pool with great views, spa and gym

signage in the pool. i got lost and arrived in reception!

poor service problem with lifts problem at breakfast service in terrace bar appalling

room service was amazing, and the cappuccinos at breakfast were the best i've had outside italy

the largest, peaceful infinity pool in stunning classical room was perfect for a long swim

got hot & cut out after less than minute of use & no slippers so had to go down to spa

the spa is included in the prize

we didn't use the spa this time but we have in the past and enjoyed it very much

the spa was so gorgeous
