the location has a gym with very good cardio equipment and free weights

wifi was not stable.

i loved the fireplace

room i was in was clearly next to the kitchen or laundry room

we saw common spaces (dvds in a den area, kitchen/meal prep area) that parents and special needs travelers

however the fireplace made this annoying rumbling throughout the night

they have a spa advertised, when i contacted the front desk, i was informed that it hasn t been open since

they don t have microwaves and the spa wasn t open

the shower was excellent. the restaurant and bar were also excellent.

it was very quiet, even though there was a casino attached!

got a room for my kids and me for the weekend

the location. the accessibility to restaurants. the kids liked the pool.

i told them that it was my birthday and upon checking i was allowed to pick two snacks for my kids

desk staff and shuttle service was fantastic!!

we didn t know the hotel shuttle hours were limited on when they would pick us up

of fruit water available for you to try, there was a dennys literally next door, and the mall and casino were

location - clean and spacious rooms

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel/resort. the spa is like heaven on earth.

the pool and spa was clean and relaxing. breakfast was good. the room was great!

spa was out of order. i came to get in the spa.

hot tub wasn't getting hot at all. pool was super cold.

coffee was amazing the bed in the room was really soft and the room was semi-soundproof and very spacious the

stay was as good as any 5 star hotel i ve been to except maybe minus a pool and gym which are rarely usable

wifi did not work much while i was there. it took forever to check in because of computer issues

it does not have a swimming pool or hot tub which is disappointing

aloft is fun and modern--definitely something for the younger crowd, and kids would think it's cool

shuttle service to airport and cheap ($5) long term parking

wifi had virtually no upload speed which made it impossible to use for a google hangout - even

the room the bar and pool area

my kids and i definitely love the pool

our room had a used bar of soap in the shower when we arrived and wet towels folded like they were new

in sink,no wifi available, elevator on right side doesn't work, elevator on left side doesn't like to open

the breakfast is served in another sort of building attached next to the main hotel entrance

on sheets , second room (6th floor) had a very strong chemical bleach smell much cleaner tho no wifi works not
