wifi had issues along with hidden vanity switch, extra switch in room not working and no coffee

with a checkers fast food place, a dunkin donuts, and the hotel restaurant called 9-5; where your breakfast is

wifi does not work hotel is infested with roaches

i really appreciate the location, the breakfast, and my room accommodations

our flight landed at 12:05 and the hotel shuttle stopped driving at 12:00.

no breakfast at the restaurant and food i ordered at dinner was pretty lousy

absolutely nothing about this hotel makes it five star - no on-site gym (although you can ask for a pass to a

funky rooms, a steamer instead of an iron, the gym was in a 1900 style home 5 minutes away by foot, no

location for those without kids/families

the design is super fun and leans into an opulent deco look and the bloom bar is excellent

decor theme throughout the hotel, and very stylish bars on the first floor

perfect spa, very tasty food, recommend to take benedict eggs with maryland ham - super tasty

hotel has a free bar with a variety of different drinks and a big assortment of table games

family and i was so happy and excited the spa and pool was awesome

pool was dirty so all the kids were in the hot tub with adults

we were in a pet friendly room that smelled absolutely terrible. could not wait to leave
