lovely hotel, spa and location

spa facilities was closed, it was very good value for september and would recommend for a pleasant

i have to say that very sadly there was a fire in the spa whilst i was there and i want to praise and thank

no spa working

spa facilities and pool were just what was required

spa bath was epic. plenty tea and coffee too

room excellent, spa bath a plus and very comfy beds. best nights sleep on holiday so far

hotel as a quick overnight stay whilst travelling up to scotland, and ended up using the gym and spa facilities

spa was a little busy and people did not move out the hot tub for over 45 minutes

welcome from the friendly staff with a smile and professionalism, 4 of us staying overnight and a spa package

bigger area for the spa facilities enjoyed it so much i wanted more

modern facility, went for spa day and overnight.

only issue is the spa could have been cleaner in changing room

wifi was free and worked very well

they weren't able to accommodate my request for an early check in, when i got back from wandering the bags were

everything, the hotel had what i need: clean rooms, nice staff, great breakfast, hot shower, and wifi
