the outside courtyard area was lovely for a sunny day and the spa including pool, jacuzzi etc was great

will definitely do the spa next time though

spa could do with a few more loungers and chairs.

the facilities were limited though as advertised with a swimming pool and spa but this was not part of the

45” which was the end of the session but was nice for the kids to have a swim after a long drive

the kids were disappointed but to be honest i was tired from driving

as pet friendly, but when arrived at reception, staff advised that dog was not permitted to stay

service could have been better and information could have been shared about accessing the spa facilities when

changing rooms and shower facilities in the spa needed extra attention

amazing the rest of the breakfast was bland, when we booked we weren t made aware there were spa facilities

we had access to the pool and spa at its sister hotel across the road, which was spotless
