it s in a central location, it doesn t have parking although there are a few public spaces outside

a little gutted that the spa was fully booked so i couldn't get a massage, but next time hopefully

service would be nice and possibly more spa facilities/ options as there s not a lot to do at the hotel

changing rooms to use spa facilities, had to walk through the main bar in a towel to get to the hotel bathrooms

the pool this time and it was quite cold, so we thought we would warm up in what looked like a spa pool, however

brought my wife to the hotel for a surprise anniversary spa getaway and though i had planned a few things, i

breakfast slightly awkward collecting from kitchen, it felt as if being greedy to tuck in

gorgeous view, free parking, beautiful rooms and lovely staff.

would be even better experience if there was a spa treatment centre as i am female and have a young male child

think at the very least the spa facilities need an upgrade as are very basic and tired for such a lovely hotel

the spa and sauna were out of order when we were there, which is annoying because it was the reason i

specifically chose the accommodation for the spa facility, only to find out it was closed

to check / alter my booking, it was not very clear if i was contacting the sports centre, a spa or a hotel -

at lancaster hotel & spa and was very pleased on price ( 40 per room per night), the double bed was very comfy

shame it was raining but great excuse to sit and lounge by the pool/ spa all day
