i wish the pool/spa services stayed open later

the pool was amazing

laundry facilities on site, tons of amenities, large group spaces outdoors, surrounded by a golf

wifi was only for one electronic

location was great! there were many activities for adults and kids!

the room was very clean and spacious

when i checked they were willing to accommodate my request for a late check out (1 hour late) so i could make

comfortable bed and big spa bath

we had a basic room with a nice spa tub which was a surprise

we had a spa tub and it could have used a better clean

no spa they consider the spa to be the fact that they have a hot tub which is actually the hot tub in

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast was very good.

chose to stay this particular time as we wanted a relaxing evening by the pool/spa

my girls enjoyed the indoor pool but their spa needs cleaning

spa rooms are amazing, the only thing that i would have a negative comment about is the vanity area

we had a spa tub but not enough hot water in the am

also supposedly there was supposed to be a spa onsite and there is not

was great to be able to use the pool and spa all of us enjoyed that

neighbors and kids screaming, not babies, after midnight

great clean rooms. ample parking. good breakfast.

few people with families did not care about their kids in pool / spa area and let them ruin everyone else's

i was really disappointed that there wasn't an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

the breakfast was excellent and lots of things for the kids to do at the hotel

parking, we came back at 11pm and parking lot was full!

the pool was oddly cold is my only dislike

shower was broken and not able to work properly for kids bath

it was a hot day, so too much heat outside. but, a better reason to cool off in the pool!

pool is ok and the gym is not bad either

management has a the spa and pool pool open.

has small kitchenette with sink microwave and fridge very nice

i love their breakfast selection!! traveling with kids made this great!!

i love the spa tub in the room/ it is a great value and the best price around

the spa had only 1 jet that works

we were upgraded to a spa room. was delightful.

have exhaust fans in the spa rooms that are loud, but we understand you need them for the humidity the hot tubs

the spa tub jets kept coming on through out the night.

lots of nice touches like switch-on fireplace, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, spa tub, in-unit washer/dryer

the pool was unavailable during our stay.

quiet. enjoyed having a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. coeur d'alene lake is very beautiful!

like the apartment and some of the kitchen things could have been cleaned better
