friendly great pool and spa area, not small and crowed staff was always very happy and

pool was very crowded with children and on the last day of the trip the pool and spa was

spa and pool were available all hours. staff super nice and helpful

breakfast was great facilities great but pool and spa out of service for remodeling

management has a the spa and pool pool open.

also last stayed here neither piece of gym equipment worked, this time months later the treadmill worked now,

staff was great! tv and pillows in room were great. wifi was easy to access

few people with families did not care about their kids in pool / spa area and let them ruin everyone else's

continental breakfast offered a lot of options, but the scrambled eggs were gross

i was really disappointed that there wasn't an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

the pool area was awesome plus the outside splash pad and putting green for kids and game in the lobby all

also supposedly there was supposed to be a spa onsite and there is not

was great to be able to use the pool and spa all of us enjoyed that

free bikes and helmets including kids bikes and helmets so we were able to utilize the cities incredible trial

neighbors and kids screaming, not babies, after midnight

was very pet friendly, the lady at the desk was extremely nice, the room was very clean and not noisy, and

have exhaust fans in the spa rooms that are loud, but we understand you need them for the humidity the hot tubs

the spa had only 1 jet that works

spa tub was an awesome addition to the room

the spa tub jets kept coming on through out the night.

we were upgraded to a spa room. was delightful.

lots of nice touches like switch-on fireplace, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, spa tub, in-unit washer/dryer

the pool house had a lake view

accommodations are designed with practicality in mind, featuring spacious living areas, a full kitchen, and

no spa they consider the spa to be the fact that they have a hot tub which is actually the hot tub in

we had a spa tub and it could have used a better clean

we had a basic room with a nice spa tub which was a surprise

such a popular place-it could use more parking!!

space for bicycle in room, convenient for me & dog to get outside

spa rooms are amazing, the only thing that i would have a negative comment about is the vanity area

the spa rooms are amazing and the river view...

we had a spa tub but not enough hot water in the am

chose to stay this particular time as we wanted a relaxing evening by the pool/spa
