like: the pool/spa is closed and there is no breakfast

spa was not hot, people above us in 414, for some reason we could hear them tromping till

the pool and spa were not open so very disappointed for my husband who has a bad back

covid has the pool and spa closed

when my husband asked if the pool was open (even though we knew different), and grinned

pool was clean and housekeeping staff was polite.

i booked a a deluxe double room with a kitchenette sofa and chair and two double beds

didn t tell us we had to get up to go to laundry to get fresh towels for the next day

pets allowed, i am allergic

gate to the outdoor pool was able to be accessed from the hotel parking lot

spa was the best i ve been to, melissa was superb

dirty towel supplied (and replaced with apologies), so-so wifi, noise form i-65 (my room was at front of property

check in was easy. guest services were friendly and helpful. included breakfast was good.

the only thing the pool area was closed for cleaning at the wrong time of day

staff was awesome and very quick to respond breakfast choices was crazy

if you want to use the spa make a reservation in advance

i called guest services to request that housekeeping come during our spa appointment at 1 o clock

the spa did not have enough massage therapists to accommodate us

i didn't use the pool are but it appeared to be clean

room for the kids and i to move around comfortably

no breakfast but i understand.

this might be fun for kids but not what an adult wants to sleep on
