i thought the photos looked good and thought hotel was boutique and had a spa so went with it because i thought

wifi works well in all the rooms

the breakfast was excellent

free on site or on street parking

and a bonus is the parking nearby is free, a nice surprise for london

would hv liked a spa and pool

then late check out offered

ate in the bar area and enjoyed good quality food and wine

location 2 mins from tube, good parking and located just off bottom of m1

helpful staff on arrival, free parking, lovely hotel with lovely decor and detail, super comfy bed

location was great for parking and short walk to the tube with connections to the centre of london

there is no room service or ways of getting a bite to eat

the spa side (sauna/steam/jacuzzi/pool) had a great atmosphere, with nice dim lighting

such a comfortable stay for work , had a holiday feeling about it with spa and restaurants/bar

the gym and pool/spa were excellent

parking on site, nearby station/busses, easy to get to shops

also parking on site is a bonus

thw receptionist was lovely but seemed as if she s the cleaning, the kitchen staff, security all in one

very happy with the complimentary mini bar which cheered the kids up after a long day of

s a lovely property which has a lot of potential however we arrived late after a function and the bar had just

conflicting information regarding facilities: before arrival, we were told the bar would be open

my husband and two kids were in the same room and had a bed

tv didnt work, no wifi

reception person asked if we can keep the music down and we wasn't even playing music we had a kids program on

criticism is the wifi wasnt to good in the front room i stayed in maybe a signal booster might help apart from
