i tried heating water in microwave and my paper cup started smoking

staff accused me & my company of smoking in the room & i don't smoke so why would i rent a room for a non-smoker

didn t like it because even though they said non-smoking but it still smell really bad

the no smoking policy, many customers did exactly that

desk clerk was very nice and was able to switch me from a smoking room to a non-smoking room and worked with me

probably needs new wallpaper as this was the only part of the room that smelled like a former smoking unit

the room was non smoking and it stunk so bad like stale cigarettes

for the price, i think the spa facilities should be included in the price.

hotel has a superb gym / athletic facility, in part due to its joined location with a residential facility

the spa and it being more upscale

room service was great, as was the spa experience. it was a perfect in-town getaway!

the attached abreva restaurant bar had a wonderfully friendly and expert bartender, sully

i was giving a smoking room.
