the room was non smoking and it stunk so bad like stale cigarettes

says no smoking but the place smells smoke throughout and there are cigarette butts in the elevator

we stayed in a non smoking room that clearly had been smoking

then when i checked out at 745 am accused me of smoking in the room and tried to keep my deposit

probably needs new wallpaper as this was the only part of the room that smelled like a former smoking unit

chips and dip we ordered at the bar are terrible

including ear phones in gym (in case you didn t have any) and coffee machine in room

facility offers smoking rooms, and the smell can pervade the air even in the non-smoking rooms

the desk clerk was able to change our room to non smoking at the last minute, and was very nice about it

hopefully theres no smoking in the rooms in the future

other visitors were clearly smoking pot as it was quite noticeable in the hallway
