ordered a smoking room but apparently the room i got wasn't a smoking room

here rooms ther is nothing but drug addicts and drug dealers that lives there the sign says not pet but everyone

not and there are no smart tv so that we could watch cable and the online description said the pool was open

i booked a queen smoking room with a jacuzzi

the non smoking room smelled like smoke ad much as the smoking room they don t clean.

the bed sheets had several cigarette burns in them (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room)

location right off highway, staff was real cool and to have a smoking room was a plus, i expected the smoking

this place still has some smoking rooms which was why i chose it. it was clean and easy to find.

person who checked us in and out was extremely rude loud and unprofessional the wifi didnt work 5he entire time

laundry facilities don t always work correctly and there is nowhere to get change for the laundry

shuttle service was great, and the location of the hotel put it no more then a mile away from where

we spilled soda accidentally on sheets, not much we asked for room service they would not do that

i thought the pool and room was bigger. lack of staff presence.

driving 8 hrs they informed me that i didn't have my room that i paid for and the only option for smoking was
