i reserved a non-smoking room with two beds at a great price for my two-day stay in columbus

i chose a smoking room because i smoke and the room looked and smelled clean.

s not to like, the rooms are nice they re always clean their smoking rooms which is a huge bonus area is

the room smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room.

though it was a non-smoking room covers on the bed have multiple cigarette burns and some stains

non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, and there were giant mystery stains on the sheets and hair on

have cable, had to go to handicap room n smoking room bc the waa no wifi n the 1st room, no

non smoking room smelled like straight cigarettes

room was a non-smoking room but the room smelled terribly and there was stains on the towels

room smelled as of it had once been a smoking room

the hotel was clean and quiet. room service was very quick.

shuttle service was great, and the location of the hotel put it no more then a mile away from where

room was in the hall leading to the pool

dong who went out of the way in helping with quarters at the laundry

the room was very nice. breakfast needs to be included though. enjoyed the pool as well.

asked for a smoking room and found out later it was a non smoking room and the rooms are not posted as to

beds were very uncomfortable. smoke odor on our non-smoking floor.

microwave available anytime along with the ice machine and laundry

even in our non smoking room we could smell smoke seeping from vent of the restroom.

the staff lied and accused me of smoking in my room and i don't even smoke

i had prepaid; however, i was told i had requested a smoking room (i did not) and that i had to give them a $

unfortunately, one of the beds was broken and they had no other non-smoking room

this place still has some smoking rooms which was why i chose it. it was clean and easy to find.

person who checked us in and out was extremely rude loud and unprofessional the wifi didnt work 5he entire time
