shuttle service kept changing

com website said shuttle service is free , however, there is no shuttle service at all

room was very nice and the indoor pool was great!

beautifully decorated lobby and bar area, really lovely rooms and good location near the 1-25.

breakfast buffet was excellent

airport shuttle was the only complaint i can think of

hotel has complimentary shuttle if you aren't up for the walk

is no information in the room re: restaurant, room service, etc

also liked the pool

dirty windows everywhere, especially the entry, revolving door and off of the bar area

due to covid, breakfast in a bag. understandable.

we liked that they changed up the breakfast in the mornings

gym and equipment was nicely maintained

the breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable

i could not use the hotel shuttle since as they said it is always busy

shuttle not available in the mornings because of poor bellman staffing, were offered to wait for 1

breakfast, valet, hotel honored special requests,

in-room breakfast, restaurant, pool, room, and bathroom

spa was great, gym was great, room was comfortable

burrito included in the service charge was tasty and a nice perk, as well as the free teatro shuttle that was

coffee in reception was not always available. bar closed at 9.45 which seemed a bit early.

the amenities was not as nice as the gym was tiny

no bar avail. restaurant closed.

wish there had been a way to order room service on the tv
