airport shuttle was the only complaint i can think of

hotel has complimentary shuttle if you aren't up for the walk

construction going on floors above your room extremely noisy. pool areas was very cold

is no information in the room re: restaurant, room service, etc

this was a staycation for us, and my kids were very disappointed

facility- very kind staff - not much for people who are gluten free and dairy free at the breakfast though

with covid there wasn't breakfast but that's alright we made it in the room

cleanliness of indoor/outdoor public areas & individual rooms: a+ breakfast: a+ bedding & toiletries: a+ value

the breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable

com website said shuttle service is free , however, there is no shuttle service at all

there is no discounted breakfast options.

rooms were awesome and so was the pool and fitness room

breakfast was provided for the sparkler softball players

i also utilized the shuttle service and the staff were great about me changing the time several times

convenient location and a shuttle service to and from the bolder boulder race.

shuttle bus doesn't run on weekends

the hotel even offers a shuttle to downtown boulder

when we booked we were informed there was a shuttle that would take us to pearl street but not told that it

would be awesome to have some option of a shuttle or pick up at the bus stop since it's a mile up hill with

parking can be a challenge sometimes

the wifi is also as bad as everyone says, but that s okay because you should be outside anyway

wifi although free was very slow

wifi. everything else was wonderful. i would come again.

that i didn't like but i would suggest to plan in future the shuttle bus to and from the airport for a fee or

possibly if you had a shuttle running on friday to cu it would have been helpful! uber was $50.

bicycles with helmets provided, free shuttle bus to any place within a ten mile radius was great for us to get

pool area clean and well taken care of

$50 flat pet fee so that the hotel could clean for next guest in case of allergies
