never was cleaned when we asked for it to be done 3 times , and i rented hotel because they had a shuttle service

the hotel has an airport shuttle which i didn t use

needs better maintenance. free airport shuttle pick up didn t exist.

during my trip prior to arriving at the hotel i called to ask about the advertised airport shuttle (i had not

they didn t offer free breakfast.. you have to pay for breakfast, one bedside lamp didnt work

check-in and bar staffs are really helpful and friendly

nice that there was a restaurant and bar there eliminating the need to drive and find some place to eat

was next to pool and it got really loud during holiday weekend, not a hotel issue but some people are just not

the breakfast was delicious, hot and reasonably priced

the pool and hot tub area was clean and well stocked with clean towels

enjoyed the pool room

pool and hot tub were nice

parking near the main entrance was limited

if im nitpicking i'd say the pool was cold

one staff answered questions about the airport shuttle, but neglected to say it had to be booked the day before

charged a $100 pet fee. wished i had know. about that ahead of time.
