people were friendly . room was very clean . poole was very clean .

parking lot is spacious

rooms and very few rooms with available views of the gorgeous mountains instead you get to see a parking lot

i would recommend expanding the menu, both breakfast and supper

never was cleaned when we asked for it to be done 3 times , and i rented hotel because they had a shuttle service

the hotel has an airport shuttle which i didn t use

needs better maintenance. free airport shuttle pick up didn t exist.

during my trip prior to arriving at the hotel i called to ask about the advertised airport shuttle (i had not

also a swimming pool and or a hut tub downstairs would be an awesome amenity

the pool and hot tub area was clean and well stocked with clean towels

enjoyed the pool room

if im nitpicking i'd say the pool was cold

one staff answered questions about the airport shuttle, but neglected to say it had to be booked the day before

charged a $100 pet fee. wished i had know. about that ahead of time.
