one staff answered questions about the airport shuttle, but neglected to say it had to be booked the day before

breakfast was very good, hot and plentiful

she helped with an early check in and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the location and all offered

not good (it said dark roast but was weak or watered down) and the same for all the juices during breakfast

during my trip prior to arriving at the hotel i called to ask about the advertised airport shuttle (i had not

the hotel has an airport shuttle which i didn t use

never was cleaned when we asked for it to be done 3 times , and i rented hotel because they had a shuttle service

needs better maintenance. free airport shuttle pick up didn t exist.

room service (for breakfast) was fast and delicious

the breakfast included krispy kreme donuts

when it snowed, there were limited parking spaces

property was good and nice parking area

very nice indoor pool and

they offered continental breakfast and had an attendant keeping the space clean
