there is a free shuttle into waltham but we preferred to drive to riverside or alewife where trains were far

staff were helpful and pleasant, especially the 2 women who made drinks and served food at the bar on saturday

only have a very small bar in the lobby (its also the bistro) and it closes at 10pm

i only stayed one night and did not use the wifi or eat at the hotel so i can t rate those

children slipped and hit their head by the pool area because when the floor gets wet there it becomes very very

prior to reservation to find out about picking up shuttle from airport i was wrongly informed not truthful about

the hotel website stated there was airport shuttle service but i called the night before to find out that wasn

desk staffs and shuttle driver, bartenders are very nice, courtesy

central location and they have shuttles to the subway and to harvard square

the location is slightly far from downtown, but the hotel had free shuttle service and we were able to reach

more frequent service of shuttle bus.

complimentary shuttle bus that takes you to all the popular stops

room was very comfortable and clean. reception staff and courtesy shuttle staff were fantastic.

fortunately there is a mall very close by, either by walking or by shuttle, that has a huge variety of restaurants

comfort wth kids, amenities, cleanliness,staff, and the location had great dining

helpful staff on front desk, excellent buffet breakfast selections, well equipt kitchen.

room was bigger than i expected, and it was nice to have a kitchenette

i also was very pleased with the shuttle service that gave me rides to/from the hospital

30 am, the hotel shuttle did not start running until 7 am, but your staff called the lahey and got them to send

rooms, the beds, the front desk laddies, outside seating, sam and the shuttle bus to train station, water machine
