shuttle service to airport was excellent

needs more lighting in parking lot

very clean, easily accessible from lobby, free coffee bar fully stocked 24/7

the breakfast with the 'eggs your way' feature was a very nice feature

did not like that breakfast was not included and so expensive.

also, i called to inquire about the shuttle service at doubletree and was instructed to make arrangements when

location to the mahwah office was great using the shuttle service arranged by the hotel

nice, room dated, bedding soiled, difficult getting from parking lot to room bathroom very small, room @ 62

nobody cleaned room service for over 24 hours. someone left a mess outside and nobody cleaned it

parking: i waited 40 minutes for a parking spot on arrival

it was very helpful to have the driver(shuttle)and back from dinner.

son has significant pet allergies and asthma as a result of that
