shuttle was always late or didn't

was a shuttle in the past to willowbroke mall, which they did not offer me and had to take an uber to get

everything was within distance of my plans, and the pool was open

also the kitchenette was nothing but a sink mini friday and a tiny microwave

years ago, the pool was highly chlorinated, but this year, it was perfect

very accommodating with shuttle requests

were advised there would be a shuttle to transport a friend to a wedding venue and that was untrue

fabulous. lovely bed, breakfast and fantastic shuttle available. will visit again

at breakfast table (freshly prepared omelets), good bar and restaurant in the hotel, free shuttle to my customer

and we used the local free shuttle service provided by the hotel with no problem

from the airport than i'd hoped, and no airport shuttle

no complaints. an indoor pool perhaps? but you can't have everything.

it is roomy, has comfortable beds and serves free breakfast

cannot beat the value of room rate and free parking within 18mins to newark / harrison where i commute into nyc

the gym provided adequate equipment for working out compared to some other hotels.

i felt right safe and the gym is very nice

was disappointed that the bar and breakfast area was closed due to relocation but the staff disnmake up for it

were informed of pet fee of $75 at check in

you can't walk there due to the roads, however they provided shuttle service to and from the concert

the breakfast was great and shuttle service was amazing

they offer a shuttle and allowed us to leave our car un their parking lot until the game was over the breakfast

we did not use the shuttle but they do have one which omg how convenient

to everything- interstate, the american dream and the shuttle that will bring you to the mall

it was very helpful to have the driver(shuttle)and back from dinner.

clean premises & easy parking

in parking area could have been a little brighter but that could have been the bulbs may have still

outdoor pool. very helpful staff. exceptional breakfast and great gym

the room consisted of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath

the location was great. the staff was great. the shuttle bus service was great too.
