pool was not ready to swim in

the pool maintenance

breakfast had lots of choices to choose from

the room, pool and breakfast area were all very clean.

was no luggage cart, so when we were placed in a room down a long hallway with no exit to the parking lot except through the main entrance, we were forced to lug our stuff the great distances

they tried to accommodate our u-haul parking needs

there were 2 cars at 2 pm in the parking lot during check-in and 3 cars in the parking lot at 6 am during check-out

wifi is great

nice working a/c unit, cable tv and wifi

the free breakfast is really good too

it was lovely. just would like to see bacon, gluten free bread on breakfast menu

easy access off the interstate and had plenty of lighted parking.

the pool is not in service, there isn't a continental breakfast and the parking lot needs attention

when i first arrived there was a couple having an argument in the parking lot, using a lot of profanity

to get back to my room parking is 32 a night not to mention we didn't get any fun things like room service or anything bc it was extra and the 2 week stay was almost 2000

additional fees, parking, room incidentals, no dancing. confusing to navigate inside hotel.

all of the restaurants that we used at the hotel including room service were excellent

streaming a movie kept skipping it cost $18 , and the room service took a little longer then expected but was great

trash was never emptied (we were there 3 nights) light was out in the mini bar area the shampoo dispensers needed to be fill when we (-)bar closed to soon could have kept food containers full of food (-)breakfast bar staff was slow to get out plates, forks, waffles (-)lack of bar / cafe facilities. (+)were no eat oportunities or bar at the property, except for the breakfast (+) they have an open bar certain time of the day

loved that you have a shuttle and reasonable parking

shuttle was excellent and driver very helpful

to end the night the kids enjoyed the indoor pool while it was 30 degrees outside

no room service due to covid and the pool was shut down. the restaurant food wasn't good.

no room service nor restaurant open nor cleaning of the room during my staying.
