there were 2 cars at 2 pm in the parking lot during check-in and 3 cars in the parking lot at 6 am during check-out

was no luggage cart, so when we were placed in a room down a long hallway with no exit to the parking lot except through the main entrance, we were forced to lug our stuff the great distances
