parking lot needed replaced

handicap parking is on opposite side of building from handicap room

parking was convenient.

we really enjoyed the pool and hottub. the rooms were clean and upgraded. breakfast was great.

i had issues with ordering room service and was a longer wait then they said but things happen but they sure made it right

front desk employees were not happy or personable. no towels in pool. closed room service early

paid for the hotel based on the fact it said it had a pool, hot tub and room service, but it in fact had none of those things

there were numerous signs of the old bones still showing through around the hotel and in the parking lot

no food access. i was starving. no breakfast and no late night food options

not not we did not like it the hotel but a complementary cup of coffee or a contential breakfast has always been included at the other hotel chains we have stayed

i wish breakfast was included in the stay, but not a huge issue.
