paid for the hotel based on the fact it said it had a pool, hot tub and room service, but it in fact had none of those things

also, the room phone wasn’t hooked up so we couldn’t call for room service or anything

we loved the pool area it was nice to have ample seating for dinner

the second room had a sliding door with a broken lock; a bar the lock

there were always people carrying baskets of laundry to other floors

room was very comfy, with super big twin beds, to my surprise breakfast was included

the wifi make life easy to keep in touch with the family and colleagues

beds were hard, the water was barely warm, found a drug needle on the ground in laundry room, breakfast was almost non existent and some of the staff were rude
