the pool staff was brilliant on a cold weekend, making fun games for our daughter

it's awesome and so much for the kids to do as well as adults

would have preferred an adult only pool.

little room service options, didn t like that we couldn t order breakfast to the room or order

service, bad communication, not offering breakfast for in room service, torn lamp shades, light fixtures falling out of the wall, dead ugly plants in

parking who lost my car twice,, restaurants that do not offer side plates, apparently no bread or room service, to the non existent room service - absolutely not the kimpton that i am use too

staff was very friendly and helpful the room service was very good, the pool was clean and just big enough

they should check id or immediate payment when there is a room service.

room service next door from mulligan's was quick within 15 minutes each time we ordered

the room was clean, due to covid-19 there was no housekeeping service but room service was good

locks and bagel room service breakfast took over an hour to arrive and consisted of a cold toasted bagel with

very clean, 24/7 room service. loved our bartender at the hotel bar

room service prices were really expensive

however, would have liked more cuban food on the pool and room service menu

bathroom needs a little updating and carpet needs replaced. parking is ok.

truly is a bit of a hidden gem with grounds that feel like a secret garden with it's lovely shady pool with surrounding pretty foliage as the property's central oasis for relaxation

food in resturant is high quality. upstairs piano bar was a fun place. everyone was friendly

location , pool and great restaurant although pricey for dinner breakfast at poolside

my wife and i came without our kids for a little getaway

the gym equipment was awesome for a hotel

they had laundry on every floor so that we could wash uniforms

this is not a complain but a suggestion, please add small cereal boxes to the options for the kids to have downstairs as part of the to-go breakfast options you guys have

only issue i have is the door in the back by the pool leading to the parking lot needs a longer mat or possibly two

place to stay with family, breakfast was excellent, the staff, the room, we felt safe and

the pool wasn’t clean the next day

so charming, the room was clean, smelled great, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious

delicious breakfast and access to water and sodas and a happy hour 5-6pm which was a nice touch
