buildings, pool and general atmosphere, location was also superb

romantic rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly staff

very unique place stunning carriage suite - breakfast and cocktail hour amazing - nothing too much trouble for any of the staff - pure

breakfast was delicious and they always had 2 options

the continental breakfast that was included was an added bonus

the beach was well maintained and you could walk to lots of places, including their spa which was phenomenal

right on the beach, pool, and beach bar was great

the breakfast also wasn t great and a very small area with only 2 tables

staff was friendly and helpful room service food was above expectations

found a bag of cocaine from previous guest that room service hadn't found

of the problem took them 30 min to get there then forced out of the room with an attitude cause room service got caught not fully cleaning

room service plates and trash sitting outside of rooms for days not picked up

i liked the room service and the view and the room was really nice.

parking was very limited but we were able to get the last space.

no toilet paper was in the room and the front desk had no attendant and housekeeping or room service didn't answer the phone

room didn't have hair dryer, didn't know we wouldn't have daily room service.
