we only came by chance but our room didn t have any towels and only one toilet roll (no room service while out of the room so we needed these things to be stocked) this was sorted with a (+)clean comfortable warm room. nice shower spacious bathroom. room service nicely carried out. (-)lack of room service was a disadvantage, but understandable during the pandemic. (-)no room service for 3 days out of 4 basic breakfast not much choice not great quality
