took long time to order the room service on line

i didnt relish going out for a meal alone and did think the hotel might waive the tray charge for room service but told no - i would still need to pay the 5 tray service

the integration with technology; you can order room service or book a spa session with the tablet in the room

all staff (from room service, restaurant staff, reception to those giving treatments) very helpful, friendly & (-)room was not made up well at all and the restaurant was so busy i could not book room service by phone but had to visit the restaurant to book it which defeated the object (-)ay any point in the night, as i hadn't';t eaten since lunch and didn't know that there was no room service/food available after (-) my evening meal delivered via room service was lukewarm and clearly microwaved

rooms are lovely, restaurant and bar are lovely and the food is amazing

a sleepy quiet village but it's a restaurant and pub , so saturday night stay meant locals in the bar until very late and it was noisy

if i had to be picky parking is on street but its not an issue

the only downside was the on street parking, but there was always a space to park.
