the bar was closed at 9 pm on a saturday night.

appreciated the late check out as it helped with our kids' sport activities that were happening in the area, thank you very much

omg there were kids everywhere running through halls

breakfast was good, a good selection and plenty of food

it was the first time my kids stayed in a suite and they thought it was the coolest

the kitchen is smaller but still very nice

plus with the king suite you get an adjoining family room/kitchen with it-- so essentially 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and middle living area

service, large clean well stocked rooms, delicious breakfast and reasonably priced - what else could you ask for

because of covid they had room service shut down.

customer service for the bar and room service is woefully low

was no room service for food during the middle of the day

room service will not clean your room unless you stay over 5 days

the kids loved the basketball goal, pool and i loved the free laundry facilities.

room had a little kitchen and plenty of open space.

i liked the pool was heated and they had plenty of towels

i loved the room- clean and comfortable. it was nice to have an indoor pool too!

very unique casino within walking distance (or could take a bus) (+)was a huge selection of casino games and the room was exquisite (+)was expecting a sad and cheesy, smoky casino, but it smelled so good when we walked in and all the way to our room (+)the casino is next door and has a shuttle service to it (+) not what i expected for a casino hotel (-)hoping for a restaurant in the hotel, i arrived starving and there was a restaurant in the casino which is not attached to the hotel (-)provide a continental breakfast instead of having to go to casino to eat (+) lived walking over to the casino (*) a good time can be had at the ample casino (-)breakfast, we stayed on a sunday and monday night and found out that the casino's restraunt's were closed those two days (+)it was all good. no restaurant at the hotel. had to eat at the casino. ate at

nothing open but the snack bar on monday and tuesday so no option for a meal.

we got a body bar and shampoo and conditioner

early check and super late check out.

the breakfast was wonderful and the room was also excellent

pool was very cloudy and smelled very chlorinated

we had grandkids come to the hotel and enjoy the pool and sauna

room service when we were out, no towels, soap, trash bags etc

was no room service which i understand every company is short staffed

ordered room service. food quality was quite poor.
