loved the coffee, continental breakfast. loved the tv comfort of room. loved the pool!

nothing really to complain about. maybe the guest wifi could be a bit better.

wifi wasn t great but easily sorted by getting the password for the alternative network from

parking was limited, no elevator to second floor and i have a disability and we struggled with the

when room service was mentioned she laughed at us

expected nicer room, no room service delivery- have to order and pick up your food, poor menu options

also, no menus in the rooms or room service

bigger trash barrels in the room and in halls

had to ask check in staff were our room was never explain about breakfast or the wifi was more interested in collecting the parking money

quiet clean breakfast pool location

area was very quiet, the pool was cleaned daily and the food at the restaurant was above par

we didn't get to dip in the pool, but it looked clean

informed us that there would be no room service on christmas day

location was great, close to everything, room service was good.

but superlatives across the board: kids friendly - the resort is laid out enclosing grass and pool between two buildings

the room was immaculate and easily accessable to the beach, pool and outdoor area
