the room service was good always came back to neatly made beds after the park

the second thing was when we left the room saturday morning for competition we had a room service thing hanging on our door wanting clean towels, coffee and sugar refill and have them

facility was clean! staff friendly! hot tub and pool perfect!

rooms were reasonably priced, hotel was clean, nice location, plenty of well lite parking and indoor

poor wifi connection

free wine and free beer and a chocolate bar in the room upon arrival

have to check in at the bar that is attached to the hotel which could be a bit inconvenient if you have small children

i loved everything from the bar to the rooms to the arcade and laser tag and mini bowling.

the on-site amenities were a pleasant surprise, with a bowling alley offering free games, plus a bar and restaurant

the bar staff was equally kind, and the food was good

we ordered room service took forever to get our food then the order wasn't right

room service food was good and that the water park was included in room.

we should have been told that you have to ask for room service

there was so much activities to do especially for the kids. the kids had a blast!!

temperature in the wave pool was a little chilly

this hotel is beautiful and so much to do with kids. for sure will be back!

the children have 2 pools but adults bring the kids to the pool that is supposed to be a splash free and quiet and let them play

i loved the pool, and the views of the lake.

breakfast need to improve. the location is great.

wifi was extremely weak

was great was there for car show and he made sure we had a parking place for our show car

behind the bk parking lot, which is awesome for the morning but hard to find in the dark so i hope this comment

and the parking area was well lit, so felt secure

only issue was we couldn t find the wifi password

they assisted us in every request, from helping us setup wifi [in person] and providing us with a coffeemaker

tv/ cable channels warm pool/ hot tub gym concierge great location helpful and pleasant kitchen

it was a christmas present for my grandkids

all out at the crack of dawn and save some for the other guests that perhaos sleep in with little kids

great idea of giving small gifts to the kids

it was a ground floor room and close to their vending machine area and laundry room
